  1. Control Housing
  2. Seal
    • Replace
  3. Oil Pump
  4. 8 Nm
    • Insert with Locking Fluid:D 000 600 A2 
  5. Chain Tensioner, 50 Nm
  6. Seal
    • Replace if damaged or leaking
  7. Tensioning Rail
  8. Mounting Pin, 10 Nm
  9. Chain Sprocket
  10. Camshaft Timing Chain
  11. 60 Nm + 1 /4 (90°) additional turn
    • Replace
  12. Exhaust Camshaft Adjuster
  13. 60 Nm + 1 /4 (90°) additional turn
    • Replace
    • The sensor wheel contact surface on the bolt head must be dry when installing
    • To remove and install, counter-hold at camshaft using an open-end wrench (27 mm). Refer to CAMSHAFT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
  14. Intake Camshaft Adjuster
  15. 10 Nm
  16. Chain Tensioner with Tensioning Rail
  17. Drive Pinion
  18. Pin without Collar, 10 Nm
  19. Timing Chain
  20. Mounting Pin, 10 Nm
    • For guide rail
  21. 23 Nm
  22. Guide Rail
  23. Guide Rail
  24. High Pressure Pump Drive Chain Sprocket
    • With needle bearing
    • Coat the needle bearing with oil before installing
