Vibration Damper
- Removing and Installing. Refer to VIBRATION DAMPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Ribbed Belt, Removing and Installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Vibration Damper Bolt
- 60 Nm +180°

- Insert with Locking Fluid:D 154 100 A1
- 10 Nm

Coolant Pump Ribbed Belt Pulley

- 50 Nm
Ribbed Belt Tensioner
- Removing and Installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT TENSIONER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Sealing Flange
- Removing and Installing. Refer to SEALING FLANGE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, BELT PULLEY SIDE .
- Clean with Cleaning Solution:D 291 091 A1
- Coat the sealing surfaces with Sealant:D 176 501 A1

- 8 Nm
Coolant Pump
- Removing and Installing. Refer to COOLANT PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Cylinder Block
- Crankshaft. Refer to CRANKSHAFT .
- Piston and connecting rod. Refer to PISTONS AND CONNECTING ROD .
Bolt
- 25 Nm
Generator
- Removing and installing. Refer to GENERATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Sub-Assembly Bracket
- For the generator and A/C compressor
- Removing and Installing. Refer to SUB-ASSEMBLY BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
