- REMOVE REAR FLOOR SIDE MEMBER COVER LH

- REMOVE REAR FLOOR SIDE MEMBER COVER RH
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2
- REMOVE REAR WHEEL
Refer to REMOVAL [12/2022 - ]
- REMOVE TAIL EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY
for M20A-FXS: Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 - SEPARATE REAR FLEXIBLE HOSE LH
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7
- SEPARATE REAR FLEXIBLE HOSE RH
- Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.
- REMOVE REAR STABILIZER BAR (w/ Stabilizer Bar)
See step 4 - REMOVE REAR COIL SPRING LH
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6 - REMOVE REAR COIL SPRING RH
- Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.
- REMOVE REAR LOWER COIL SPRING INSULATOR LH

- REMOVE REAR LOWER COIL SPRING INSULATOR RH
- Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.
- REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SUSPENSION ARM ASSEMBLY LH
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7 - REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SUSPENSION ARM ASSEMBLY RH
- Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.
- REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SUSPENSION ARM ASSEMBLY LH
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 - REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SUSPENSION ARM ASSEMBLY RH
- Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.
- SEPARATE REAR UPPER CONTROL ARM ASSEMBLY LH
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7 - SEPARATE REAR UPPER CONTROL ARM ASSEMBLY RH
- Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.
- REMOVE REAR SUSPENSION MEMBER SUB-ASSEMBLY
*a Engine Lifter *b Attachment Attachment Placement Location - - - Using an engine lifter and 4 attachments or equivalent tools, support the rear suspension member sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.WARNING:
- The rear suspension member sub-assembly is a very heavy component. Make sure that it is supported securely.
- If the rear suspension member sub-assembly is not securely supported, it may drop, resulting in serious injury.
NOTE:Use attachments or equivalent tools to keep the rear suspension member sub-assembly level.
- Remove the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.
- Slowly lower the rear suspension member sub-assembly.NOTE:
When lowering the rear suspension member sub-assembly, be careful not to damage the vehicle body or other components installed to the vehicle.
- Using an engine lifter and 4 attachments or equivalent tools, support the rear suspension member sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.
- REMOVE REAR UPPER CONTROL ARM ASSEMBLY LH

- Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.
