Disassembly [08/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE 

    See step  4

  2. REMOVE MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  3. REMOVE FRONT TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Panoramic View Monitor System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE ROOM WIRE 
    1. Disconnect each connector.
    2. Detach the 9 clamps to remove the No. 2 engine room wire.

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  6. REMOVE ULTRASONIC SENSOR CLIP 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  7. REMOVE NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET (w/ License Plate Bracket) 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and front bumper extension mounting bracket.

  9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING LH 
    1. Remove the 2 outside moulding retainers.

    2. Detach the claw to remove the front bumper side moulding LH.
  10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER LOWER SIDE SUPPORT LH 
    1. Remove the 2 clips.

    2. Detach the 5 claws to remove the front bumper lower side support LH.
  12. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER LOWER SIDE SUPPORT RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  13. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING 
    1. Remove the 2 outside moulding retainers and 4 screws.

    2. Detach the 4 claws to remove the No. 2 radiator grille moulding.

  14. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT STOPPER RH (for RH Side) 
    1. Detach the 3 claws to remove the front bumper reinforcement stopper RH.

  15. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the 3 outside moulding retainers.

    2. Remove the 2 screws.
    3. Detach the 2 claws and guide to remove the front bumper side moulding sub-assembly LH.
  16. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  17. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 4 screws.

    2. Remove the 15 outside moulding retainers.

    3. Detach the 12 guides and 4 claws to remove the front bumper moulding sub-assembly.

  18. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  19. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
