Throttle Body: Removal

- REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK

- SEPARATE EJECTOR TUBE (See REMOVAL )
- REMOVE OUTER COWL TOP PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )
- REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL (See REMOVAL )
- REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER
- DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT (See COOLANT )
- REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )
- REMOVE NO. 1 VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE (See REMOVAL )
- REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Disconnect the mass air flow meter connector and separate the hose from hose clamp.
- Disconnect the ventilation hose from the cylinder head cover.
- Disconnect the hose from the air cleaner cap sub-assembly and the hose clamp.
- Disconnect the 2 vacuum hoses from the air cleaner cap sub-assembly.
- Separate the 2 vacuum hoses from the 2 hose clamps.
- Unlock the hose band and separate the air cleaner cap sub-assembly from the throttle body assembly.
- Remove the 2 bolts and air cleaner cap sub-assembly.
- REMOVE THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY
- Disconnect the throttle body assembly connector.
- Disconnect the fuel tube from the clamp.
- Disconnect the 2 water by-pass hoses from the throttle body assembly.
- Remove the 4 bolts and the throttle body assembly with the fuel tube bracket.
- Remove the bolt and fuel tube bracket.
- Remove the gasket from the intake manifold.
