CVTF Cooler Pipe No. 2

CAUTION:
- Vehicle components are extremely hot immediately after driving. Be wary of receiving burns from heated parts.
- If ATF spills over the engine, completely wipe it off to avoid emission of smoke and causing a fire.
- Remove the battery. Ref. to STARTING/CHARGING SYSTEMS (H4DO (EXCEPT FOR HEV))>BATTERY>REMOVAL .
- Remove the collector cover. Ref. to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DO (EXCEPT FOR HEV))>COLLECTOR COVER>REMOVAL .
- Collect the refrigerant. Ref. to AIR CONDITIONER (HEV)>REFRIGERANT RECOVERY PROCEDURE>PROCEDURE .
- Drain engine coolant. (Inverter side) Ref. to COOLING (H4DO (HEV))>ENGINE COOLANT>REPLACEMENT>DRAINING OF ENGINE COOLANT>INVERTER ASSEMBLY SIDE .
- Disconnect connector (A) from ECM.CAUTION: In order to prevent damaging the connector (A), check that the lock is released completely when moving the lever.NOTE: To disconnect the connector (A), press the portion (a) shown in the figure to release the lock and move the lever in the direction of arrow.
- Disconnect the connector (B) from the main fuse box, and remove the engine wiring harness from the clip (C).
- Release the claw securing the engine wiring harness, and place it aside so that it does not interfere with work.
- Remove the inverter tank. Ref. to COOLING (H4DO (HEV))>INVERTER TANK>REMOVAL .
- Drain the ATF. Ref. to CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION (TH2A)>AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID>REPLACEMENT .
- Remove the front exhaust pipe. Ref. to EXHAUST (H4DO (EXCEPT FOR HEV))>FRONT EXHAUST PIPE>REMOVAL .
- Remove the CVTF CVT inlet hose and CVTF CVT outlet hose.
- Disconnect the hose - pressure suction valve (A) from the hose - pressure suction COMPL, and disconnect the lock assembly - front hood connector (B).
- Remove the lower side bolts (C) securing the radiator upper frame.
- Remove the bumper face - front. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>FRONT BUMPER>REMOVAL>BUMPER FACE .
- Remove the bracket - bumper UPR.
- Remove the front hood lock assembly. Ref. to SECURITY AND LOCKS>FRONT HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY>REMOVAL .
- Disconnect the connector from the horn, and remove the clip.
- Disconnect the hose - pressure suction (A) from the A/C accumulator assembly, and disconnect the hose - pressure suction COMPL (B) from the pipe - return assembly.
- Remove the upper side bolts securing the radiator upper frame, and remove the radiator upper frame together with the A/C accumulator assembly.
- Remove the CVTF cooler (air cool) inlet hose (A) and the CVTF cooler (air cool) outlet hose (B).
- Remove the CVTF cooler pipe No. 2.CAUTION: Be careful not to bend the pipe - evaporator cooling.
