Inverter Assembly Side

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
CAUTION:
  • The engine coolant is pressurized when it is hot. Wait until engine coolant cools down before proceeding the work.
  • If the engine coolant splashes, completely remove and clean it.
  1. Remove the inverter tank cap.

  2. Remove the undercover - front. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>FRONT UNDERCOVER>REMOVAL .
  3. Remove the inverter tank outlet hose from the clamp.

  4. Remove the water pipe (A) from the clamp.
  5. Disconnect the inverter tank outlet hose from the water pipe (A) and drain the engine coolant.
    NOTE: There is no drain plug for draining the engine coolant on the inverter assembly side. Therefore, disconnect the inverter tank outlet hose to drain the engine coolant.

  6. Connect the inverter tank outlet hose to the water pipe (A).
  7. Install the water pipe (A) to the clamp.

  8. Install the inverter tank outlet hose to the clamp.
