1	Remove engine covers
2	Slacken poly-V belt and remove		AR13.22-P-3902-02MM
2	Slacken poly-V belt and remove	Do not use belt wax or similar products. This leads to slipping of the poly-V belt. To do so, swivel clamping device (1) at hexagon (4) counterclockwise, remove poly-V belt and detension clamping device (1). Observe poly-V belt routing diagram.	AR13.22-P-3902-02MM

3	Check belt pulley profile, tensioning device (1) and guide pulleys (3)	Check for damage, wear and dirt; replace if necessary.
4	Check poly-V belt

	Only perform operation steps 5 through 9 for remove/install of clamping device (1).
5	Remove front section of lower engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105EW
6	Lock clamping device (1)	Swivel clamping device (1) at hexagon (4) counterclockwise and lock in place using drift (8).
7	Remove screw/bolts on clamping device (1)	Bolt, poly-V belt tensioning device to timing case cover	*BA13.25-P-1001-01Y
8	Remove clamping device (1) downwards
9	Slacken clamping device (1)	When replacing the clamping device (1) Clamp tensioning device (1) in a vise, swivel at hexagon (4) in an anti-clockwise direction, pull out drift (8) and slacken tensioning device (1). The clamping device (1) can be mounted in both a locked and an unlocked condition.
	Only perform operation steps 10 through 12 for remove/install of guide pulleys (3)
