Retrofit AMG trim parts - AZ88.00-P-0001EW

MODEL 212.0/2 up to model year 2013 

REMOVING Remove     
1 Print and fill out form "Excerpt from EG type approval" * For Germany only  
REFER TO FORMS AMG styling package, certificate OF88.00-P-1000-02D
2 Remove front bumper    
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR MODEL 212.0/2
up to model year 2013
IMPORTANT Remove parts required for conversion from standard bumper (see conversion instructions).		 AR88.20-P-2000EW 
3 Remove rear bumper    
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR AR88.20-P-2200EW 
IMPORTANT Remove parts required for conversion from standard bumper (see conversion instructions).
4 Remove longitudinal member panel    
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR AR88.80-P-6000EW 
IMPORTANT Remove attachment parts from series production part and check for damage, replace if necessary.
INSTALLING Install     
5 Converting front bumper MODEL 212.0/2
up to model year 2013
IMPORTANT The trim parts in the accessories and replacement part scope of delivery are primed and should be painted to match the color of the car before installation.
IMPORTANT The parts listed in the parts ordering note in addition to the standard scope and not included in the scope of delivery must be ordered separately according to the specific equipment and national version (see parts ordering note).		 AZ88.00-P-0001-02EW 
6 Install front bumper    
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR MODEL 212.0/2
up to model year 2013		 AR88.20-P-2000EW 
7 Converting rear bumper MODEL 212.0
up to model year 2013		 AZ88.00-P-0001-03EW 
MODEL 212.2
up to model year 2013
IMPORTANT The trim parts in the accessories and replacement part scope of delivery are primed and should be painted to match the color of the car before installation.
IMPORTANT The parts listed in the parts ordering note in addition to the standard scope and not included in the scope of delivery must be ordered separately according to the specific equipment and national version (see parts ordering note).		 AZ88.00-P-0001-03ES 
8 Install rear bumper    
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR AR88.20-P-2200EW 
9 Install longitudinal member paneling    
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR AR88.80-P-6000EW 
IMPORTANT The trim parts in the accessories and replacement part scope of delivery are primed and should be painted to match the color of the car before installation.
IMPORTANT Insert attachment parts in AMG longitudinal member panel and install AMG longitudinal member panel.
10 Document retrofitted equipment via vehicle documentation (VeDoc) IMPORTANT Attach note "AMG trim parts retrofitted according to AZ88.00-P-0001EW " under field organization texts to design group 88.
