Preliminary Procedure  Refer to SIR WARNING . Disable the SIR system. Remove the radio assembly. Refer to RADIO REPLACEMENT . Remove the HVAC remote control assembly. Refer to HEATER AND AIR CONDITIONING REMOTE CONTROL REPLACEMENT . Remove the radio front speaker. Refer to RADIO FRONT SPEAKER REPLACEMENT . Remove the front floor console. Refer to FRONT FLOOR CONSOLE REPLACEMENT . Remove the steering column trim covers. Refer to STEERING COLUMN TRIM COVER REPLACEMENT . Remove the instrument cluster. Refer to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER REPLACEMENT . Remove both windshield side garnish moldings. Refer to WINDSHIELD SIDE GARNISH MOLDING REPLACEMENT .
1	Instrument Panel Assembly Fastener (Qty: 7) Refer to FASTENER CAUTION . Tighten  9 Nm (80 lb in)
2	Instrument Panel Assembly Procedure  Disconnect the wiring harness from the I/P assembly. With the aid of an assistant, remove the I/P assembly from the vehicle. If replacing the I/P assembly, transfer all necessary components.
