Subsequent Work For Removing And Installing Engine

- On vehicles with 19-inch brake system: Fit the air guide at the anti-roll bar. → INSTALLING ANTI-ROLL BAR
- Fit front wheel housing liners. → INSTALLING FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER
- Fit wheels. → INSTALLING WHEEL
- Install right cross panel. → INSTALLING CROSS PANEL
- Fit torque support. → Installing Torque Support
- Fit design cover on the throttle valve. → Installing Engine Cover (Design Cover) 108319 REMOVING AND INSTALLING ENGINE COVER
- Connect the battery. → INSTALLING BATTERY
- Fill the air conditioning system. → DRAINING AND FILLING REFRIGERANT
- Check engine-oil level. → 170117 CHANGING ENGINE OIL AND OIL FILTER
- Bleed the cooling system. → FILLING THE COOLING SYSTEM (INCLUDES BLEEDING)
- Bleed the power steering. → 4890IN TEST AND ASSEMBLY WORK ON POWER STEERING
- Bleed the PDCC system if necessary. → WM 430307 BLEEDING PORSCHE DYNAMIC CHASSIS CONTROL (PDCC)
- Check ATF level and top up if necessary. → 370235 CHECKING AND TOPPING UP ATF
- Move bonnet out of service position.
- Fit engine compartment trim panels. → INSTALLING FRONT TRIM PANEL (ENGINE COMPARTMENT)
- Perform suspension alignment. → 449503 SUSPENSION ALIGNMENT, COMPLETE
- The high-pressure adaptation must be reset when replacing the engine.
- Read out DME fault memory and compare with the log you printed prior to removal.
