Preliminary Work

Information

• The number of connectors, tie-wraps and lines can vary, depending on vehicle equipment. 

1. Remove backrest frame.

2. Remove padding for front seat.

   → 741055 REPLACING PADDING FOR FRONT SEAT

3. Remove seat-belt buckle.

   → REMOVING FRONT BELT LOCK

4. Remove control unit for memory seat adjustment.

   → Removing Control Unit For Memory Seat Adjustment 

5. Remove AWS control unit.

   → REMOVING OCCUPANT DETECTION CONTROL UNIT

6. Remove motor for seat adjustment.

   → Removing Motor For Seat Adjustment 

7. Remove motor for front vertical adjustment.

   → Removing Motor For Front Vertical Adjustment 

8. Remove motor for rear vertical adjustment.

   → Removing Motor For Rear Vertical Adjustment 

9. Remove seat-surface extension.

   →REMOVING FRONT SEAT-SURFACE EXTENSION

10. Remove air cushion for seat.

    → Removing Air Cushion For Seat 

11. Disconnect all connectors, tie-wraps and lines from the seat frame.
