REP-TAT-P-5218-01 Removing backrest frame
Preliminary work
- Remove the front STRAP FITTING
- Remove FRONT SEAT
- Remove INNER COVER
- Remove the COVER for backrest adjustment
- Remove the STEERING LEVER for backrest adjustment
- Remove the LEVER for seat height adjustment
- Remove the OUTER COVER on the front seat
- Remove the THIGH SUPPORT on the front seat
- Remove SEAT COVER WITH CUSHION
- Remove the REAR PANEL from the front seat backrest
- Remove the TRIM at the bottom of the aperture
- Remove/replace SIDE AIRBAG
- Remove BACKREST SEAT COVER WITH CUSHION
- Shift the rear seat backrest into an upright position.NOTE: Perform the steps on the right and left side.
- Loosen screws (4).
- Completely remove the backrest frame (5) to the top.
If necessary, feed out the relative cable and set aside rear seat backrest.
