11 61 068 Removing and installing/replacing intake plenum (N63 hybrid)

WARNING: High-voltage system - danger to life!

WARNING: The following points must be strictly observed prior to starting work :

Disconnect HIGH-VOLTAGE SYSTEM from power
Observe SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS for working with hybrid vehicles.

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove complete front panel.
Remove complete cooling core with condenser. See:
Remove power steering pump with bracket.
Remove right INJECTION PIPE .

Detach engine ventilation hose (1).

Unscrew nuts (2).

Tightening torque: 11 61 1 AZ.

FIT SPECIAL TOOL 00 0 200 .

Release nuts on left and right engine support arms.

Raise engine.

Remove THROTTLE VALVE (2).

Release screw (1).

Tightening torque: 11 61 2 AZ.

Installation:

Replace all profile seals.

Assemble engine and vehicle.

Check intake system for leaks.
