	Remove/install
1	Remove door lock of corresponding front door (1).		AR72.10-P-4011SGA
2	Remove outside door handle.		AR72.10-P-2400SA
3.1	Remove door damper.	Model 223 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) except code Z38 (Opening and closing assistance, driver's doors)
			AR72.10-P-2200SG
3.2	Remove drive unit for electric front door (1).	Model 223 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z38 (Opening and closing assistance, driver's doors)
			AR72.29-P-0005SG
4	Remove outside mirror.		AR88.70-P-9000SGA
5	Remove outside mirror seal (9) from front door (1).
6	Remove door-side wedge-type stop.		AR72.10-P-0030SG
7	Remove sealing frame of front door (1).		AR72.10-P-0011SG
8	Remove door wiring harness from front door (1).
9	Unscrew bolts (2) and remove armor plate (3) with bracket (4).	Screw, protective plate to front door	*BA72.10-P-1017-01BA
10	Remove hinge leafs on door side.		AR72.10-P-2660SG
11	Unclip expansion rivets (5) and remove seal (6).	Dismantling tool	Fig 1
12	Unclip expansion rivets (7).	Dismantling tool	Fig 1
13	Unclip seal (8), move out to rear from front door (1) and remove.	Dismantling tool	Fig 1
14	Remove trim strip (10) from front door (1).	Trim strip (10) is bonded and must be replaced.
		Long wedge	Fig 2
15	Clean bonding surface in area of trim strip (10) at front door (1).	Bonding surface must be free from dirt, oil and dust residues. Otherwise, trim strip (10) at front door (1) can otherwise detach.
16	Install in the reverse order.
