REMOVING Remove     
1 Move left and right rear side window to lower end position    
2 Remove mirror triangle cover    
3 Remove sealing rail from outer front door side window    
4 Remove front door lining   AR72.10-P-1000LC 
INSPECT Check     
5 Check adjustments on front door   AR72.10-P-0550LF 
6 Mark dimension (b) Distance between edge of front door and marking *BE67.30-P-1008-01G 
7 Check dimension (a) Model 217.3
When checking side window.
IMPORTANT Before adjusting, check actual values.
If the adjustment values are correct, search for any window noises at other locations such as the mirror triangle.
 
    Distance between edge of front door and side window *BE67.30-P-1007-01G 
8 Center threaded hole (2) in elongated hole (3) When changing side window.
IMPORTANT Adjust on rear mount of window power (1) in front door.
 
9 Check dimension (c) IMPORTANT Measure dimension (c) at previously made marking for dimension (b).
IMPORTANT Before adjusting, check actual values.
If the adjustment values are correct, search for any window noises at other locations such as the mirror triangle.

12 Check height adjustment of front side window If necessary.

INSTALLING Install     
14 Install door lining in front door   AR72.10-P-1000LC 
15 Install sealing rail on outer front door side window    
16 Install mirror triangle cover    
17 Move left or right rear side window to upper end position    
INSPECT Check     
18 Check window transition between front side window and rear side window   AR67.30-P-4200-02LC
REMOVING Remove     
19 Remove rear passenger compartment side trim panel If test results between front side window and rear side window are incorrect. AR68.30-P-4780LC
  Adjust     
20 Perform basic setting for rear side window If test results between front side window and rear side window are incorrect.

INSTALLING Install     
21 Install side paneling in rear passenger compartment If test results between front side window and rear side window are incorrect. AR68.30-P-4780LC
22 Move rear side window to upper end position If test results between front side window and rear side window are incorrect.  
23 Normalize power window on rear side window If test results between front side window and rear side window are incorrect.
IMPORTANT Actuation button for closing rear side window and hold down for approx. 5 s. Then check whether side window opens or closes automatically and correctly.
