- Prepare adjustment work.
Check and adjust when front door is closed and the side window in the front door (5) are completely moved up.
The front edge of the rear side window (1) and the rear edge of the front door side window (5) should run parallel.
- Check upper transition (4) between front door side window (5) in relation to rear side window (1) with
feeler gauge.
The upper transition (4) between the front door side window (5) and rear side window (1) must be flush.
Transition (4) = ±0.5 mm
Adjust
- Lift rear side window (1) so it is located in the position just before entering the closed front door side window (5).
- Adjust transition (4) by turning the lower bolt for the rear side window lifter (1) in the appropriate direction.
Adjust with socket wrench.
The front edge of the rear side window (1) and the rear edge of the front door side window (5) should run parallel.
- Check dimension (b) at lower front door side window transition (5) in relation to bottom of rear side window (1) with
feeler gauge.
The lower transition between the front door side window (5) and rear side window (1) must be level (dimension (b)= ±0.5 mm).
- Adjust dimension (b) by turning the front upper bolt for the rear side window lifter (1) in the appropriate direction.
Adjust with socket wrench.
The front edge of the rear side window (1) and the rear edge of the front door side window (5) should run parallel.
