Taxi/rental vehicle function, general
The taxi/rental car function contains the parameterizable special module (PSM) control unit (N26/16) for controlling and monitoring various functions and a specific electrical wiring harness that makes it possible to integrate the following equipment, among other things:
- Emergency alarm system release button switch (S62/5)
- Emergency alarm system activation button switch (S62/6)
- Taxi two-way radio (A49)
- Taximeter (A50)
- Automatically dimming inside rear-view mirror/mirror taximeter (A67/2)
- Roof sign lamp (E14/4)
- Two-way radio cut-in button (N74s5)
- Taxi radio frequency microphone (B25/10)
- Radio frequency roof antenna (A2/50)
- Taxi two-way radio speaker (H6)
The individual functions are enabled via the diagnostic unit.
