| 6 | Remove brake cable (5) from cable slack adjuster (4). | ||

| 12 | Pull cable (8) toward rear and unhook from guide (7) of release lever (6). | ||
| 13 | Pull out release lever (6) and remove cable (8). | ||
| 14 | Disconnect electrical connections (9). | ||

| 16 | Swivel carrier (11) out of working area. | ||

| 17 | Check whether securing clip (15) is installed. | If securing clip (15) is installed: ↓ Remove and dispose of securing clip (15). If securing clip (15) is not installed: ↓ Retrofit securing clip (15) during installation. |

| 18 | Unhook brake cable (5) from pedal (12). | ||
| 19 | Unclip brake cable (5) from pedal assembly (1) and remove pedal assembly (1). | Fig 2 | |
