	Remove
1	Lower a side window in front door.
2	Remove camera for digital inside rearview mirror.	Model 447.6/7 with code F84 (Digital inside rearview mirror) If rear window (1) of right rear-end door will be removed.	AR68.40-S-0004EA
3	Remove inner trim at window frame of rear-end door. 4	Disconnect electrical connectors (4, 5).
5	Remove rear window wiper (3).		AR82.30-S-6980EE
	Risk of injury  from cutting wire tearing or becoming hot and from splinters of glass when cutting out bonded windows	Wear protective gloves and safety glasses.	AS67.00-Z-0004-01A
6	Cut out rear window (1) with windshield removal tool.		AR67.10-P-1000-11SX

	Clean
7	Remove residual adhesive material at rear-end door.	Cut residual adhesive down to approx. 1 mm and remove loose adhesive material.
8	Suction off glass splinters and contamination.	Commercially available devices/tools  Wet and dry vacuum cleaner
9	Remove residual adhesive material at removed rear window (1).	If rear window (1) is not replaced. Cut residual adhesive down to approx. 1 mm and remove loose adhesive material.
	Install
10	Apply primer to primed surface of rear-end door.
Notice	General notes about painting the body flange in the glazing area	Do not apply primer on top of residual adhesive. Otherwise, the adhesive effect will be impaired.	AH98.00-P-9408-06A

11	Replace rubber spacer disks and all spacers (2).	Rubber spacer disks and spacers (2) must be procured via XENTRY.	AR67.30-S-4050-02E

13	Glue in rear window (1).	The object and room temperature should be min. 15°C and should not exceed 35°C. Otherwise the strength of the adhesive connection can be impaired and proper adhesion of the adhesive material is not ensured. Glue in rear window (1) within 5 min. Otherwise the strength of the adhesive connection can be impaired and proper adhesion of the adhesive material is not ensured. Do not move vehicle for at least 2 h after gluing in rear window (1). Otherwise the strength of the adhesive connection can be impaired and proper adhesion of the adhesive material is not ensured. 	Clean
19	Clean rear window (1) and vehicle interior in the repair area.	Observe curing time of adhesive material.
	Check
20	Perform function check of the rear window heater.
