REMOVING Remove     
1 Remove cover (4) and cover (5).    
2 Remove center underfloor paneling.   AR61.30-P-1001FR
3 Loosen front left fender liner in area of bumper.   AR88.10-P-1301FR
4 Remove spare wheel well trim.   AR68.30-P-4620FRX
INSPECT Check     
5 Spray pressure line connections at AIR BODY CONTROL valve unit (Y36/6) with leak detection spray. Leak detection spray for China *BR00.45-Z-1006-03A 
    Leak location spray LUBRION article no. 626.04 *BR00.45-Z-1005-03A 
    Leakage detection spray for USA *BR00.45-Z-1004-03A

12 Check sprayed areas for leak tightness. IMPORTANT Wait approx. 10 to 15 min after spraying. This allows smaller leaks to be detected (bubbles form). Larger leaks are visible immediately.  
    If there is a problem,
↓
Replace or repair corresponding components.		  
    Remove/install front axle suspension strut (1) AR32.25-P-1017FRA 
    Remove/install AIR BODY CONTROL central reservoir (3) AR32.22-P-2023FRX 
    Remove/install rear axle air suspension bellows (2) AR32.22-P-2016FRX 
    Remove/install AIR BODY CONTROL compressor (A9/1) AR32.22-P-2001FRX 
    Remove/install valve unit (Y36/6) AR32.22-P-2015FRX 
    Repair supply line connection for air suspension AR32.22-P-2001-01FR 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Pressure line to compressor/valve unit (P) *BA32.22-P-1004-03J 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Pressure line for air suspension on front axle/rear axle to valve unit *BA32.22-P-1006-03J 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Pressure line to air suspension *BA32.22-P-1007-03J 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Pressure line to pressure reservoir/valve unit (SP) *BA32.22-P-1005-03J
