1	Measure/adjust wheel angle	Model 463 with steering gear 765.5 as of model year 2013 up to model year 2019 Before checking and adjusting the hydraulic steering limitation, the mechanical end stop on the front axle must be checked or adjusted.	AR40.20-P-0345AC
2	Start engine and allow to idle	The front wheels must no longer be on the turn plates, but must be on solid ground instead.
3	Turn steering to the right until there is noticeable resistance.	Do not turn the steering with force up to the maximum possible end stop under any circumstances, but only until there is noticeable resistance using a normal steering movement and hold it in this position.
4	Measure distance (A) between stop screw (5) and axle stop (6) on right front wheel	For the measurement, a second person must be used for assistance because the steering wheel has to be held at the hydraulic steering limitation when measuring.
5	Turn steering to the left until there is noticeable resistance.	Do not turn the steering with force up to the maximum possible end stop under any circumstances, but only until there is noticeable resistance using a normal steering movement and hold it in this position.
6	Measure distance (A) between stop screw (5) and axle stop (6) on left front wheel	For the measurement, a second person must be used for assistance because the steering wheel has to be held at the hydraulic steering limitation when measuring.
7	Evaluating measurement results.	The distance (A) between the stop screw (5) and axle stop (6) must be the same or larger on the left front wheel than on the right front wheel. If there is no complaint after evaluating the measurement, the hydraulic steering limitation does not have to be adjusted; continue with operation step 13.

8	Adjust center position of hydraulic steering limitation	The center position of the steering must be adjusted by lengthening or shortening the drag link only if the distance (A) has different values on the left and right wheel.	AR46.25-P-3090-03F

9	Check hydraulic steering limitation after adjusting center position	To do so, repeat operation steps 2 to 7.
10	Perform basic adjustment on the hydraulic steering limitation	Model 463 with steering gear 765.5 up to model year 2019 The steering limitation valve (1) is under pressure and may not be turned more than 2.5 turns when the engine is running under any circumstances. Therefore, before the actual adjustment procedure, a basic adjustment is necessary.	AR46.25-P-3090-01F
11	Check hydraulic steering limitation after the basic adjustment	To do so, repeat operation steps 2 to 7.

13	Check hydraulic steering limitation after adjustment	To do so, repeat operation steps 2 to 7. It is possible that a combination of the previous adjustment processes are required to achieve the pre-specified values. The hydraulic steering limitation must be rechecked after every adjustment procedure.
14	Place front wheels in straight-ahead position
15	Check center position of steering gear.	The markings on the steering arm, the Pitman arm shaft and the steering gear housing must match. A small deviation is permissible if the hydraulic steering limitation could be successfully adjusted in the previous operation steps.
16	Check center position of steering wheel; correct if necessary	After adjusting the hydraulic steering limitation, the center position of the steering wheel may no longer be adjusted by adjusting the drag link. Instead, the lower universal joint (4) of the steering shaft must be moved.
17	Check straight-ahead position of steering and turn signal cancellation during a test drive
