| 1 | Remove right charge air cooler (1) | AR09.41-P-6828MNF | |
| 2 | Disconnect cable tie at coolant line (2) | ||
| 3 | Disconnect electrical connection for left boost pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve | AR09.41-P-0003MNF | |
| 4 | Unclip electrical wiring harness (3) on left charge air cooler (4) | ||
| 5 | Detach coolant hose (5) at coolant line (6) | Fig 1 | |
| 6 | Unfasten mounting clamp of the charge air hose (7) on left charge air cooler (4) | ||
| 7 | Remove bracket for left charge air cooler (4) | *BA09.41-P-1006-01X | |
| 8 | Unfasten mounting clamp of charge air hose (8) at left charge air distributor | ||
| 9 | Detach coolant line (2) at lower low-temperature circuit expansion reservoir (9) and remove upper low-temperature circuit expansion reservoir (10) | ||
| 10 | Detach purge line on left charge air cooler (4) | ||
| 11 | Disconnect electrical connection left on throttle valve actuator | AR09.41-P-1330MNA | |
| 12 | Carefully pry off left charge air cooler (4) upwards out of the brackets and remove left charge air cooler (4) | ||
| 13 | Remove left boost pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve | When replacing the left charge air cooler (4). | AR09.41-P-0003MNF |
| 14 | Detach left throttle valve actuator together with charge air hose (8) from left charge air cooler (2) | When replacing the left charge air cooler (4). | AR09.41-P-1330MNA |
| 15 | Open mounting clamp (11) and remove coolant line (6) from left charge air cooler (4) | When replacing the left charge air cooler (4). |

| 16 | Remove left circulating air switchover valve | When replacing the left charge air cooler (4). | AR09.40-P-3000MNF |
| 17 | Detach hose (12) on charge air cooler (4) | When replacing the left charge air cooler (4). |
