Remove/Install Cable - AR77.20-P-1400GW

	Remove
1	Remove trim from tilting/sliding roof	Model 463 (except 463.202) as of model year 2013 up to model year 2019	AR77.20-P-0500GW
2	Remove screws (1)
3	Open guide plate (2) (see arrows) and remove from operating cable guide (4)
4	Actuate switch to open	Remove/install paneling on rear pillar Model 463 (except 463.202) as of model year 2013 up to model year 2019 Allow operating cable (4) to extend from the transmission. If it is not possible to move the operating cable (4) with the electric drive, the emergency crank must be used: ↓ Operating the emergency crank: Pull the emergency crank out completely and then push approx. 3 to 4 mm back in. 5	Pull the operating cable (4) out towards the front	Disassemble the transmission of the electric drive. Remove/install guide tube for tilting/sliding roof control cable. Model 463 (except 463.202) as of model year 2013 up to model year 2019 If it is not possible to remove the operating cable (4): ↓ If it is not possible to remove the operating cable (4) after disassembly of the electric drive: ↓	AR77.20-P-1410GW
	Install
6	Install guide tube (3) of the operating cable (4)	Remove/install guide tube for tilting/sliding roof control cable Model 463 (except 463.202) as of model year 2013 up to model year 2019	AR77.20-P-1410GW
7	Assemble the transmission of the electric drive.
8	Coat the end of the new operating cable (4) with lubricating paste	Synthetic grease, sliding roof 500 g, DB supply specification 6827.60	*BR00.45-Z-1004-06A
9	Insert operating cable (4) into guide tube (3) completely
10	Attach guide plate (2) to operating cable (4) and press them together
11	Insert operating cable (4) into guide tube (3) completely
12	Set tilting/sliding roof switch to "Lower roof"	Retract operating cable (4) into the transmission until the holes in the guide plate (2) and in the transport bridge overlap.
13	Tighten guide plate (2) on transport bridge
14	Close tilting/sliding roof
	Adjust
15	Carry out basic setting of operating cable (4) on roof system motor (M12m1) and check closing of tilting/sliding roof	Model 463 (except 463.202) up to model year 2019 with code D27 (Electric tilting/sliding glass sunroof)	AR77.20-P-1100-05A
	Centering bolts for sliding roof		WF58.50-P-7720-01A
		Model 463 (except 463.202) up to model year 2019 with code D27 (Electric tilting/sliding glass sunroof) If the tilting/sliding roof does not close exactly after this setting work:	AR77.20-P-1100-02A
16	Carry out function check
	Install
