Remove/Install Paneling On Tilting/Sliding Roof - AR77.20-P-0500GW

Model 463 (except 463.202) as of model year 2013 up to model year 2019

	Remove
1	Open tilting/sliding roof
2	Pry trim (1) off of tilting/sliding roof	Mounting wedge	Fig 1
3	Remove trim (1) from vehicle toward front
	Install
4	Position sliders (2) horizontally at tilting brackets
5	Insert trim (1) in roof cutout
6	Slide guide sleeve on rear part of trim (1) onto guide pin on roof cutout
7	Slide trim (1) backward up to end stop	Slide trim (1) carefully. The lateral moldings (3) could get jammed in the sliders (2) and suffer damage.
8	Clip trim (1) into tilting/sliding roof	Replace damaged lower clip sections.
9	Move tilting/sliding roof halfway into tilting position	Move tilting/sliding roof into tilting position carefully. The lateral moldings (3) can get jammed and the moldings (3) may be damaged during the tilting process. It must be possible to pull out and retract the lateral moldings (3) without resistance.
	Check
10	Check tilting/sliding roof for proper operation
