Carry Out Fine Adjustment Of Tilting/Sliding Roof - AR77.20-P-1100-02A
Model 463 up to model year 2019 with code D27 (Electric tilting/sliding glass sunroof)
Remove left edge guard (1) from the rear pillar.
Disconnect electrical connector from the left rear speaker (H4/7h2).
On the rear of the left rear pillar panel (2).
Remove left rear pillar panel (2).
Pull handwheel (arrow) out of tilting/sliding roof motor completely and press back in approx. 3 to 4 mm.
The tilting/sliding roof may not be actuated electrically when the handwheel is pulled out.
Turn handwheel (arrow) to the left or right.
One revolution of the handwheel (arrow) to the right changes the position of the tilting/sliding roof by approx. 45 mm toward the front; one revolution of the handwheel (arrow) to the left changes the position of the tilting/sliding roof by approx. 45 mm toward the rear.
Press in handwheel (arrow) on tilting/sliding sunroof completely.
Check closing of the tilting/sliding roof.
If the closing of the tilting/sliding roof is not precise after this adjustment, the adjustment procedure must be repeated.
Connect electrical connector of left rear speaker (H4/7h2).
Install left rear pillar panel (2).
Attach left edge guard (1) to the rear pillar.
