| 1 | Disconnect ground line from battery. | AR54.10-P-0003FR | |

| 3 | Remove front left and right fender liner in fender from front bumper (1). | AR88.10-P-1301FR | |
| 4 | Remove screws (2) on left and right from front bumper (1). | ||
| 5 | Remove screws (3) on left and right from front bumper (1). | ||
| 6 | Disconnect front bumper electrical connector (X26/38). | ||
| 7 | Remove outside temperature sensor (B14) from front bumper (1). | ||
| 8 | Disconnect electrical connector from front 360° camera. | Model 257, 290 with code 501 (360° camera) |

| 9 | Remove screws (4) on left and right from front bumper (1). | ||
| 10 | Unscrew screws (7). | ||
| 11 | Remove screw/bolts (6). | ||
| 12 | Release catch hooks (5) and guide out front bumper (1). | ||
| 13.1 | Disconnect electrical connector from Mercedes star. | Model 257, 290 with code 233 (DISTRONIC PLUS) Model 257, 290 with code 239 (DISTRONIC PLUS) |

| 13.2 | Disconnect electrical connector from radar sensor. | Model 257, 290 with code 258 (Active Brake Assist System) |

| 14 | Remove front bumper (1). | ||
