| 1 | Drain coolant from full-flow radiator. | AR20.00-P-1142LW | |
| 2 | Drain coolant from low-temperature circuit. | AR09.41-P-6834MNA | |
| 3 | Discharge air conditioning system. | AR83.30-P-1760LW | |
| 4 | Remove left air filter housing. | AR09.10-P-1150MNA | |
| 5 | Remove right air filter housing. | AR09.10-P-1150MNA | |
| 6 | Remove hoses (22) at left and right charge air cooler (6, 1). | Fig 1 | |
| 7 | Remove fan unit. | AR20.40-P-5050MNA | |
| 8 | Remove both coolant hoses on full-flow radiator. | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 9 | Remove both coolant hoses at radiator for low temperature water circuit. | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 10 | Disconnect electrical connection on pressure sensor of the condenser of the A/C. | AR83.30-P-6540LWA | |
| 11 | Remove both refrigerant lines at condenser and seal openings with suitable stop plugs. | AR83.30-P-6540LWA | |
| 12 | Unclip engine oil cooler and fix with attached lines outside the working area. | AR18.30-P-1000MNA | |
| 13 | Remove radiator package completely upwards. | ||
| 14 | Remove low-temperature circuit expansion reservoir and place to one side with connected hoses. | AR09.41-P-0050MNG | |
| 15 | Remove coolant line (11). | AR20.20-P-7442MNA | |
| 16 | Disconnect engine wiring harness (9). | AR01.00-P-2410-02MNA | |
| 17 | Remove purge line (4) from right charge air cooler (1). | ||
| 18 | Unclip vacuum line (8) on right charge air cooler (1) and place to one side. | ||
| 19 | Unclip vent line (2) at lower low-temperature circuit coolant expansion reservoir. | ||
| 20 | Unfasten mounting clamp of charge air hose (18) on right charge air cooler (1). | ||
| 21 | Unfasten mounting clamp of charge air hose (19) on left charge air cooler (6). | ||
| 22 | Unfasten mounting clamps on right throttle valve actuator (20) and left throttle valve actuator (21). | ||
| 23 | Open clamp (3) and push in the direction of the left charge air cooler (1). | ||
| 24 | Remove bracket (14). | *BA09.41-P-1006-01X | |
| 25 | Remove purge line on bracket of left charge air cooler (6). | *BA09.41-P-1009-01X | |
| 26 | Remove bracket of the left charge air cooler (6) on left front cover of the left cylinder head. | *BA09.41-P-1006-01X | |
| 27 | Carefully take out right charge air cooler (1) and left charge air cooler (6) upwards from the brackets and right charge air cooler (1) to the front. | ||
