	Remove
1	Remove battery sensor.	The removed battery sensor must be handed over to the customer or disposed of properly following consultation with the customer.	AR54.10-D-0002TS
2	Remove screws (10) from trim (4).	Model 907
	Install
3	Screw contact pin (2) onto thread (6).	Contact pin to body ground point	*BA54.10-N-1007-01TS
4	Route ground line (3) from on-board electrical system battery to contact pin (2).	Do not kink the ground line (3) and ensure it is routed without chafing. This prevents damage. The battery disconnect switch (9), ground line (3), battery sensor and battery clamp (7) form a single unit. Model 907 To do so, carefully push trim (4) to one side until battery disconnect switch (9) can be guided through.
5	Install battery clamp (7).	To do so, connect electrical connector (8) to battery sensor. The battery disconnect switch (9), ground line (3), battery sensor and battery clamp (7) form a single unit. 6	Retrofit battery disconnect switch (9).	To do so, push battery disconnect switch (9) onto contact pin (2) until battery disconnect switch (9) engages.
8	Screw in screws (10) of trim (4).
9	Clean cover (11) in crosshatched area.	The contact surface must be completely free of dust and grease. Otherwise, a sufficient degree of adhesion cannot be assured. Cleaner, plastic parts 250 ml	*BR00.45-Z-1005-04A
10	Glue information label (1) in crosshatched area on cover (11).
11	Install cover (11).
12	Install on-board electrical system battery cover. Remove/install on-board electrical system battery	Model 907	AR54.10-D-0009TSR
	Remove/install on-board electrical system battery
13	Install front floor covering.
		Model 907	AR68.80-D-0006TSR
14	Move driver's seat to original position.
15	Enter special equipment into on-line vehicle data card.	Designation of affected special equipment Code E30 (Battery master switch) Attach note "Battery disconnect switch retrofitted as per AN54.10-D-0003TS " under field organization texts to KG54.
	Adjust
16	Set time and date in instrument cluster.	See Owner's Manual.
