DANGER Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform. Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer. AS00.00-Z-0010-01A

2 Cover all detachable parts remaining in vehicle with spark protection blanket    
3 Remove center roof paneling Model 222

4 Remove reinforcement for panoramic sliding roof Model 222

6 Set up straightening bench with module members, crossmembers and straightening bracket set

    IMPORTANT Observe set-up plans provided.  
7 Place vehicle on straightening bench and fasten    
8 Remove A and B-pillar paneling (1.1), roof frame paneling (1.2), side longitudinal member paneling (1.3), A and B-pillar reinforcement (2), A-pillar inner panel (3.1), roof frame inner panel (3.2) and B-pillar inner panel (3.3)   AR63.20-P-1120-01LF

9 Prepare A and B-pillar paneling (1.1), roof frame paneling (1.2), side longitudinal member paneling (1.3), A and B-pillar reinforcement (2), A-pillar inner panel (3.1), roof frame inner panel (3.2) and B-pillar inner panel (3.3)   AR63.20-P-1120-02LF

10 Prepare upper front longitudinal member (4) and strut (5)   AR62.20-P-1286-02LF
    IMPORTANT Use complete replacement part. Cuts and detachment of weld joints not required.

INSTALLING Install     
DANGER The high voltage used for electric welding presents a lethal hazard. Risk of explosion  from welding in areas close to highly inflammable materials. Risk of injury  from weld splatter and UV-light when welding. Risk of poisoning  from inhaling welding gases Use insulating mats. Wear protective clothing, safety glasses and a protective mask. Remove highly inflammable materials from the hazard area. Use air extraction system. AS00.00-Z-0007-01A
WARNING Risk of poisoning  caused by inhaling vapors or swallowing adhesive. Risk of injury  caused by adhesive coming into contact with skin and eyes Wear respiratory protection, protective gloves and safety glasses.
