	Risk of fire  due to ignition of R1234yf refrigerant on hot components. Risk of poisoning  caused by inhaling overheated refrigerant vapors. Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by contact with escaped R1234yf refrigerant and when working on pressurized parts. Risk of explosion  due to formation of ignitable refrigerant/air mixtures	Never perform welding work on or near a closed air conditioning system. No smoking or open flames. 	Remove/install
1	Open hood.		AR88.40-P-1000RG
2	Drain off coolant.		AR20.00-P-1142MNB
3	Discharge air conditioning system.		AR83.30-P-1760RQ
4	Remove fan unit.		AR20.40-P-5050MNB
5	Remove coolant pipe (1) and place to one side with connected coolant lines.	Engine 178 in model 190 (except 190.381) up to model year 2017
6	Remove coolant hoses (3).		AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
7	Remove refrigerant lines from the condenser and radiator package (4) and seal openings with suitable stop plugs.		AR83.30-P-7816RG
	Compressor oils (specification 362.1)		BB00.40-P-0362-01A
		: Install new seals and wet with compressor oil.
		Nut/bolt, refrigerant line to condenser/separating point	*BA83.30-P-1006-01M

8	Remove bracket of the servo line from the radiator package (4).		AR46.25-P-3015RG
9.1	Unclip oil cooler from the retaining frame on the radiator package (4) and place to one side with connected oil lines.	Engine 178 in model 190.377/378 up to model year 2017	AR18.30-P-1000MNB
9.2	Remove additional cooler from the retaining frame on the radiator package (4).	Engine 178 in model 190.377/378 as of model year 2017 Engine 178 in model 190.379/380/477/479/480	AR20.20-P-3867MNC
10	Unclip cooler of the power steering from the radiator package (4) and place to one side with connected oil lines.
11	Release and disconnect electrical connector at condenser.
12	Lift radiator package (4) and push toward the rear.
13	Remove both coolant hoses from the low-temperature circuit cooler.		AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
14	Remove radiator package (4) upward and place on a suitable base.	Aid of helper required.
15	Unclip cooler (2) from the radiator package (4).	: Ensure correct seating of the radiator (2) in radiator package (4).
	Check
16	Check cooler (2) for damage.	If damage is present, ↓ replace the radiator (2).
17	Install in the reverse order.
	Check
	Risk of burn injuries  , suffocation and poisoning when working on the exhaust system and the components connected to it. Risk of suffocation and risk of poisoning caused by inhalation of gaseous and solid components of the exhaust. Risk of poisoning  caused by skin contact with solid components of the exhaust.	Wear protective clothing and safety glasses. Use the extraction system. Move people out of the danger zone.	AS49.00-Z-0001-01A
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
18	Perform engine test run; in doing so, check engine cooling system for leak tightness.
