	Remove/install
1	Remove left air filter housing.		AR09.10-P-1151MNJ
		Model 190.381 with engine 178.9
		Model 190 (except 190.381) with engine 178	AR09.10-P-1150MNB
2	Discharge air conditioning system.		AR83.30-P-1760RQ
3	Remove nut (1) and remove refrigerant line (2) at connecting point.
	Compressor oils (specification 362.1)		BB00.40-P-0362-01A
		Replace sealing ring and moisten with compressor oil.
		Nut/bolt, refrigerant line to condenser/separating point	*BA83.30-P-1006-01M

4	Seal opening of refrigerant line (2) and opposite refrigerant line using suitable stop plugs.	The opening of the refrigerant line (2) and the connecting point must be sealed. Otherwise penetrating dirt and moisture will damage the components that are connected to the refrigerant circuit.

5.1	Remove screw (4) and remove holder.	Model 190 (except 190.381)
5.2	Remove refrigerant line (2) from longitudinal member.	Model 190.381
		Nut/bolt, refrigerant line to longitudinal member	*BA83.30-P-1008-01M
6	Remove the coolant expansion reservoir and place to one side with lines attached.	Model 190.381

7	Remove nut (3) and remove refrigerant line (2).
	Compressor oils (specification 362.1)		BB00.40-P-0362-01A
		Replace sealing ring and moisten with compressor oil.

8	Seal opening of refrigerant line (2) and condenser using suitable stop plugs.	The opening of the refrigerant line (2) and the condenser must be sealed. Otherwise penetrating dirt and moisture will damage the components that are connected to the refrigerant circuit.
