| 2 | Remove upper engine cover | ||
| 3 | Unclip cable (3) of engine hood at cover (1) | ||
| 4 | Unclip retaining clips (2) and remove cover (1) | ||
| 5 | Remove screws/bolts (4) and remove radiator crossmembers (5) | *BA62.30-P-1001-04C | |
| 6 | Disconnect electrical connection (7) | ||
| 7 | Detach vent line (6) on cooler | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 8 | Remove fan unit (8) upwards | ||
| 9 | Install in the reverse order | ||

Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. | Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. |
