REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Perform initial startup of parking system control unit (N62) using diagnostic system When replacing the parking system control unit (N62).  
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS     AD00.00-P-2000-04B
2 Move driver seat and front passenger seat all the way forwards to the end position    
3 Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (at least 2 m)    
4 Remove strut tower brace Model 190.3
with code 220 (PARKTRONIC system (PTS))

5 Remove side trim in rear passenger compartment Model 190.3
with code 220 (PARKTRONIC system (PTS))

    Model 190.4

6 Remove rear panel trim (1) Model 190.4
with code 220 (PARKTRONIC system (PTS))

    Model 190.3

7 Unscrew nuts (2)    
8 Release and disconnect electrical connectors (3)    
9 Remove parking system control unit (N62)    
10 Install in the reverse order
