Remove/Install Washer Fluid Reservoir Of Windshield Washer System - AR82.35-P-6000RG

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Open hood.   AR88.40-P-1000RG
2 Attach front cover for magnesium radiator cross member.    
REFER TO SPECIAL TOOLS 000 588 05 98 00 Cover   WS98.00-P-0011B
    NOTES When working in the engine compartment, it is essential to use the front cover for the magnesium radiator crossmember to protect the magnesium radiator crossmember. Otherwise the surface coating of the magnesium radiator crossmember will be damaged.  
3 Remove front right wheel and tire assembly.   AR40.10-P-1100RQ
4 Remove rear fender liner at front right.   AR88.10-P-1300RGB
    Model 190 with code M032 (Black Series version)  
    Model 190 except code M032 (Black Series version) AR88.10-P-1300RG
5 Pull filler neck (3) off washer fluid reservoir (4).    
6 Unclip electric line (2) and push to one side.    
7 Remove screw (1).    
8 Lift filler neck (3) out of engine compartment.    
9 Remove screws (9).    
10 Remove air inlet grille (8).    
11 Disconnect washer fluid hose (7) from windshield washer system pump (M5/1). IMPORTANT Collect escaping washer fluid in a suitable vessel.  
12 Disconnect electrical connectors (6) from windshield washer system pump (M5/1) and from windshield washer system fluid level switch (S42).    
13 Remove screw (5).    
14 Remove washer fluid reservoir (4).    
15 Remove windshield washer system pump (M5/1) from washer fluid reservoir (4). When replacing the washer fluid reservoir (4).

16 Remove windshield washer system fluid level switch (S42) from washer fluid reservoir (4). When replacing the washer fluid reservoir (4).  
    SPECIAL TOOL Mounting wedge Fig 1
17 Install in the reverse order.    
  Filling     
18 Fill washer fluid reservoir (4).    
REFER TO MAINTENANCE     AP82.35-P-8210A
