MODEL 292 with CODE 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) 

	Preparation
1	Prepare adhesive cartridge		AR67.10-P-1000-12SX
		Adapter	Figure
	Remove
2	Remove left and right drip rail (2)
3	Determine gap dimension(A) between front glass cover (1) and windshield (4) and note	Feeler gauge	Figure
4	Determine gap dimension (A) between front glass cover (1) and panoramic sliding roof (3) and note	Feeler gauge	Figure
5	Completely open panorama sliding roof (3)
6	Protect left and right paint surfaces on front glass cover (1) against damage	To protect paint surfaces when cutting out front glass cover (1). Set of shields	Figure
7	Risk of injury  from cutting wire tearing or becoming hot and from splinters of glass when cutting out bonded windows Carefully insert cutting in area of roof railing and cut out front glass cover (1)	Wear protective gloves and safety glasses. Carefully insert cutting wire. Otherwise the roof railing can be damaged. Helper required. Use commercially available window remover.	AS67.00-Z-0004-01A
8	Remove front glass cover (1) from panoramic sliding roof frame	Helper required.
	Install
9	Prepare front glass cover (1) for glazing		AR77.21-P-7010-03GQC
		The adhesives surface on the inside of the front glass cover (1) must be absolutely free of dust and grease. Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material starts to decrease. Observe processing notes for primer. Flash-off time min. 10 minutes. Use commercially available cup suction tool/shackle. Repair kit for installing windshields, 1-component adhesive	*BR00.45-Z-1135-02A
10	Prepare panoramic sliding roof frame for installing front glass cover (1)		AR77.21-P-7010-02GQC
		The bonding area must be free of dust and grease. Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material starts to decrease. Observe processing notes for primer. Flash-off time min. 10 minutes. Repair kit for installing windshields, 1-component adhesive	*BR00.45-Z-1135-02A
11	Apply adhesive material to front glass cover (1)		AR77.21-P-7010-04GQC
		The adhesives surface on the inside of the front glass cover (1) must be absolutely free of dust and grease. Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material starts to decrease. Observe processing notes for primer. Flash-off time min. 10 minutes. Adhesive parts kit (with heptane cleaner)	*BR00.45-Z-1142-02A
12	Close panoramic sliding roof (3)
13	Glaze front glass cover (1)		AR77.21-P-7010-05GQC
		Insert front glass cover (1) within 5 minutes after applying adhesive to body and align. Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material may be decreased. Observe gap dimensions (A, B) and transitions (C). The front glass cover (1) must be flush on the left and right with the panoramic sliding roof (3). Helper required. Use commercially available cup suction tool/shackle. Feeler gauge	Figure
14	Remove feeler gauges	Remove feeler gauges only after adhesive material has cured. Otherwise the gap dimensions (A, B) and transitions (C) can change. Feeler gauge	Figure
15	Remove left and right drip rail (2)
