The bonding area must be free of dust and grease. Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material starts to decrease.
Only use materials from repair kit approved and always observe processing notes included. Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material starts to decrease.
- Check front glass cover (1) for damage.
- Install cup suction tool on outer side of front glass cover (1) and lay front glass cover (1) down to suitable subsurface with inside pointing upward.
- Apply cleaner with part of cleaning cloth to bonding surfaces (2) on inside of front glass cover (1) and wipe with remaining cleaning cloth.
Allow cleaner to dry completely.
- Uniformly apply primer uniformly to bonding (2) surfaces on inside of front glass cover (1).
Observe processing notes for primer. Flash-off time at least 10 minutes. Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material starts to decrease.
