	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
	Remove/install
1	Secure vehicle on vehicle lift		AR00.60-P-0100CW
2	Detach ground line from battery		AR54.10-P-0003LW
3	Remove engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105LW
4	Drain off coolant		AR20.00-P-1142LW
5	Remove right charge air pipe		AR09.41-P-8620MMV
6	Remove poly-V belt from alternator (G2)		AR13.20-P-0001MMV
7	Detach circuit 30 wiring harness and electrical line (1) on alternator (G2)		AR15.40-P-5032-01MMV
		Nut, circuit B+ to alternator	*BA15.40-P-1002-01F
8	Remove screw/bolts (3), remove bracket (4) and place alternator (G2) to the side	Bolt, alternator to timing case	*BA15.40-P-1001-01F
9	Remove boost pressure control pressure transducer		AR07.17-P-7002MMV
10	Place lines to the boost pressure control pressure transducer to one side
11	Remove low-temperature circuit expansion reservoir with carrier		AR09.41-P-0002MMV
12	Remove fan		AR20.40-P-5050LWB
13	Unscrew screw/bolt, coolant return line on the left of ATL at oil filter housing		AR20.20-P-7440MMV
14	Remove screw/bolt, coolant return line on the right of ATL at charge air pipe on the right		AR20.20-P-7440MMV
15	Detach coolant hose from ATL coolant return line connection to expansion reservoir		AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
16	Protect cooler with guard plate against damage
			WF58.50-P-0110-01A
17	Carefully remove alternator (G2) upwards
18	Install in the reverse order
