	Disassemble
1	Remove seal for side window from front door (1)	Model 222 with code Z07 (Top protection) with code Z11 (Left front power window with special protection) with code Z12 (Right front power window with special protection)	AR72.10-P-1906LFS
2	Remove door holder		AR72.10-P-2100LFS
3	Remove sealing frame		AR72.10-P-2120LFS
4	Remove seal (top) from front door window frame		AR72.10-P-1550LFS
5	Remove door handle with lock cylinder
6	Remove front door lock		AR72.10-P-4011LFS
7	Unclip lower sealing frame (3) and remove
8	Remove inner armor plate (10)
9	Remove rear guide rail (5) (toward B-pillar) for side window	Model 222 with code Z07 (Top protection) with code Z11 (Left front power window with special protection) with code Z12 (Right front power window with special protection)
10	Remove front guide rail (4) (toward A-pillar) for side window	Model 222 with code Z07 (Top protection) with code Z11 (Left front power window with special protection) with code Z12 (Right front power window with special protection)
11	Remove armor plate (7, 8, 9)
12	Cut cable tie for electrical wiring harness (6) on front door (1)
13	Remove electrical wiring harness (6) from front door (1)
14	Remove closing assist (2) for front door (1) with electrical wiring harness
15	Remove bull stud (11) for door holder
16	Remove front door (1)	When replacing front door (1).	AR72.10-P-0500LFS
	Assemble
17	Install front door (1)	When replacing front door (1).	AR72.10-P-0500LFS
18	Adjust front door (1)		AR72.10-P-0550LFS
19	Install ball pin (11) for door holder	Bolt, ball stud to front door	*BA72.10-P-1007-01Y
20	Remove closing assist (2) for front door (1) with electrical wiring harness
21	Install electrical wiring harness (6) on front door (1)
22	Fasten electrical wiring harness (6) on front door (1) with cable tie	Always replace cable tie.
23	Install armor plate (7, 8, 9)	Bolt, armor plate to front door	*BA72.10-P-1009-01Y
24	Install front guide rail (4) (toward A-pillar) for side window	Model 222 with code Z07 (Top protection) with code Z11 (Left front power window with special protection) with code Z12 (Right front power window with special protection) Bolt, side window guide rail to front door	*BA72.10-P-1008-01Y

32	Moisten seal for side window on front door (1) with soapy water and insert into front door window frame	Model 222 with code Z07 (Top protection) with code Z11 (Left front power window with special protection) with code Z12 (Right front power window with special protection) Always replace seal for side window on front door (1).
33	Moisten seal (top) on front door window frame with soapy water and insert into front door	Always replace seal (top) on front door window frame.
34	Finish installation of seal (top) on front door window frame	The maximum adhesive force is reached after approx. 72 hours at 20 °C. Prevent any mechanical stress. Avoid any contact with moisture (e.g. rain, fog, carwash) within the first 24 hours.	AR72.10-P-1550LFS
35	Install sealing frame on front door	Always replace sealing frame. The maximum adhesive force is reached after approx. 72 hours at 20 °C. Prevent any mechanical stress. Avoid any contact with moisture (e.g. rain, fog, carwash) within the first 24 hours.	AR72.10-P-2120LFS
