Remove/install front door - AR72.10-P-0500LFS

	Remove/install
1	Remove side window (2) on front door (1)	Model 222 with code Z07 (Top protection) with code Z11 (Left front power window with special protection) with code Z12 (Right front power window with special protection)	AR72.10-P-1961LFS
3	Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key
4	Disconnect battery ground line		AR54.10-P-0003LF
5	Disconnect left front electrical connector (X35/1) or right front door electrical connector (X35/2)
6	Press left door holder or right door holder off of ball stud on A-pillar	Mounting wedge	Fig 2
7	Mask front fender (4) and front door (1) as shown with adhesive tape (5)
8	Remove caps from bolts (3)
9	Remove bolts (3)	Moisten thread on bolts (3) with bolt securing agent. Bolt to hinge shaft	*BA72.10-P-1003-01Y
		Thread locking agent, Loctite 243 (10 ml) If paint is damaged in area of bolts (3) ↓ Repair paint damage	*BR00.45-Z-1133-02A
10	Remove front door (1) from hinges and lay on a suitable base	Carefully remove front door (1). If the front door (1) comes into contact with the vehicle the paint can be damaged.
		Helper required.
11	Install in the reverse order
	Check
12	Check gap dimensions on front door (1), correct if necessary		AR72.10-P-0550LFS
