25	Remove bolts (7) from transmission tunnel
26	Remove bolts (8)	Bolts (8) are located behind mount of instrument cluster.

28	Remove bolts (10) from dashboard support (11)	Remove three bolts on the right and three on the left.
29	Remove dashboard upwards at an angle in direction of vehicle interior	The ignition/starter switch cable and loose lines may be trapped. Ask an assistant to help. Installation:  Install pin (13) in recess (14) on right side of dashboard. Ensure that air ducts are seated properly on the seal of the air conditioner housing.
30	Screw in all adjusters (12) on mounting points of dashboard as far as the stops	The left-hand thread of the adjusters (12) provides for automatic tolerance compensation when screwing in.
31	Install in the reverse order

33	Read out fault memory and erase	STAR DIAGNOSIS Stored faults which may be caused by removed cables or by a simulation, must be processed and erased in the fault memories after completing the work.

34	Perform function test on all devices removed and installed.
