21	Lower transmission (1) carefully	Do not crush any components or place under tension. The engine must not lie against the front axle carrier or the bulkhead. Otherwise damage will occur.
22	Support engine on oil pan	The engine must not be allowed to tilt. Otherwise damage will occur.
23	Unscrew bolts (1a) and remove transmission (1) from below	Secure the torque converter (10) to prevent it from falling down. Otherwise damage will occur. 24	Remove torque converter (10)	If necessary. Apply a little multi-purpose paste to journal (10a).
