	Remove
1	Remove front bumper	MODEL 906 with CODE XM0 (Facelift)	AR88.20-D-2000M
		MODEL 906 without CODE XM0 (Facelift) without CODE ZX8 (Dodge brand scope) without CODE ZX9 (Freightliner (FTL) brand scope)	AR88.20-D-2000SD
		MODEL 906 with CODE ZX8 (Dodge brand scope) with CODE ZX9 (Freightliner (FTL) brand scope)	AR88.20-D-2000SE
2	Remove screw/bolts (2)
3	Remove front frame crossmember (1)
	Install
4	Position front frame crossmember (1) and tighten with bolts (2)	Bolt, front crossmember to longitudinal frame member	*BA62.30-N-1003-02A
5	Seal contact surfaces	Seal contact surfaces between front frame crossmember (1) and longitudinal frame members all the way around.
		White sealing compound, 310 ml, DBL 6069.20	*BR00.45-Z-1003-01A
6	Apply additional cavity preservation		AR97.20-D-1500H
7	Install front bumper	MODEL 906 with CODE ZX8 (Dodge brand scope) with CODE ZX9 (Freightliner (FTL) brand scope)	AR88.20-D-2000SE
		MODEL 906 without CODE XM0 (Facelift) without CODE ZX8 (Dodge brand scope) without CODE ZX9 (Freightliner (FTL) brand scope)	AR88.20-D-2000SD
