	Remove/install
	Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts		AH00.00-N-0001-01A
		While working on the rear axle care must be taken to ensure that the surfaces of aluminum components do not get any scratches, cracks and notches. Otherwise the service life of the of the parts will be reduced.
		Installation:  Only tighten bolts and nuts of the chassis components in the curb condition.
1	Secure vehicle on vehicle lift		AR00.60-P-0100CW
2	Remove rear wheel
	Remove/install wheels		AP40.10-P-4050CW
3	Remove rear diagonal strut concerned	Type 207.4
			*BA61.10-P-1007-01H
			*BA61.10-P-1008-01H
			*BA61.10-P-1009-01H
4	Remove cover (6f)	Press together locks of cover (6e) with sleeve (inside diameter 9 mm) or 9 mm box wrench (arrow).
5	Remove rear spring		AR32.20-P-0230CW
6	Remove link rod (3) from spring control arm (6)		*BA32.20-P-1001-04N
7	Detach shock absorber (6j) from spring control arm (6)	Installation:  Raise wheel carrier (7) using transmission jack and transmission plate until the rear axle shaft (37) is roughly horizontal, then tighten all the bolted connections which have been screwed on loosely.	*BA32.25-P-1001-03M
8	Remove spring control arm (6) from wheel carrier (7) and rear axle carrier (1)	Installation:  Assemble bolted connections loosely.
		Installation:  The bolt and nut securing the spring control arm to the wheel carrier must be replaced each time they are loosened.

9	Check rubber bushing (6b) in rear axle carrier (1)	If necessary: ↓
		Remove and install spring control arm rubber mount.	AR35.20-P-0114-01CW
