The HUD setup menu does not display in the IPC or cannot be navigated	Message center concern HUD module	VERIFY the message center functions correctly using the RH steering wheel switch. If the message center does not function correctly using the RH steering wheel switch, DIAGNOSE the message center menu does not display or cannot be navigated. REFER to: Instrumentation, Message Center and Warning Chimes . If the message center does function correctly using the RH steering wheel switch, GO to Pinpoint Test A
The HUD illumination does not increase or decrease	Refer to the Pinpoint Test	GO to Pinpoint Test B
The HUD does not display clearly, is distorted or cut off on the windshield	HUD not calibrated	PERFORM the HUD calibration. REFER to: Head Up Display (HUD) Module Calibration .
The BLIS/ CTA indication does not display	Refer to the Pinpoint Test	GO to Pinpoint Test C
The DTE-low fuel indication, digital speedometer or clock display is inoperative	Refer to the Pinpoint Test	GO to Pinpoint Test D
The Electric Vehicle (EV) drive range display is inoperative	Refer to the Pinpoint Test	GO to Pinpoint Test E
An infotainment menu (audio, navigation or phone) does not display or cannot be navigated	IPC infotainment menu concern	REFER to: Information and Entertainment System .

The unit or language selection cannot be changed	Refer to the Pinpoint Test	VERIFY the units or language selections can be changed in the IPC. If the units or language selections cannot be changed in the IPC, DIAGNOSE the message center menu does not display or cannot be navigated.
