- DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT (for Engine)

- REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5 - REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 EXHAUST PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6 - REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

- REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

- DISCONNECT WIRE HARNESS

- REMOVE NO. 2 EGR PIPE

- DISCONNECT NO. 10 WATER BY-PASS HOSE AND NO. 11 WATER BY-PASS HOSE

- DISCONNECT NO. 6 WATER BY-PASS HOSE

- REMOVE EGR COOLER ASSEMBLY
*1 EGR Cooler Assembly *2 No. 1 EGR Pipe *3 Exhaust Manifold - - Bolt Nut - Remove the 3 nuts and disconnect the EGR cooler assembly from the EGR cooler bracket.
- Remove the 4 nuts and bolt and disconnect the No. 1 EGR pipe from the EGR cooler assembly and exhaust manifold assembly RH.
- Remove the 4 bolts and disconnect the EGR cooler bracket from the cylinder head cover sub-assembly RH and camshaft housing sub-assembly RH.
- Remove the EGR valve assembly, EGR cooler assembly, No. 1 EGR pipe and EGR cooler bracket.
- Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 9 water by-pass hose from the EGR cooler assembly.
- Remove the 2 nuts and EGR cooler assembly from the EGR valve assembly.
- Remove the EGR valve gasket from the EGR valve assembly.
- REMOVE EGR INLET GASKET
