- REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE BATTERY SERVICE COVER PLATE
- REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

- REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
- REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY

- REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX
- REMOVE REAR FLOOR BOARD REAR RH
- REMOVE JUNCTION BLOCK SERVICE COVER
- REMOVE REAR FLOOR BOARD REAR LH
- REMOVE FRONT DECK FLOOR BOX
- REMOVE DECK BOARD SET SUPPORT
- REMOVE DOOR SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLY LH
- REMOVE DOOR SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLY RH
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
- REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
- REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH
- Use the same procedure as for the cowl side trim sub-assembly LH.
- REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

- REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
- REMOVE FRONT PILLAR GARNISH LH
Pull in this Direction - - - Pull the upper part of the front pillar garnish LH toward the inside of the cabin as shown in the illustration to disengage the front pillar garnish LH from the base of the 2 front pillar garnish clips.
HINT:
Let the front pillar garnish LH hang from the 2 front pillar garnish clips.
- Pull the upper part of the front pillar garnish LH toward the inside of the cabin as shown in the illustration to disengage the front pillar garnish LH from the base of the 2 front pillar garnish clips.
Pull in this Direction Pull in this Direction - Pull down the front pillar garnish clip while pushing the side of the release lever with SST as shown in the illustration.
- SST: 09813-00020
- While pulling the front pillar garnish clip, push the side of the release lever with SST as shown in the illustration and then separate the front pillar garnish clip from the vehicle body.
- Pull down the front pillar garnish clip while pushing the side of the release lever with SST as shown in the illustration.
Remove in this Direction - - - Disengage the 2 guides to remove the front pillar garnish LH as shown in the illustration.
- Protect the curtain shield airbag assembly LH.
1. Cover the curtain shield airbag assembly LH with a protective cover, such as a cloth, and secure the edges of the cover with tape as shown in the illustration.
NOTE:Cover the curtain shield airbag assembly LH with a protective cover as soon as the front pillar garnish LH is removed.
- Protect the curtain shield airbag assembly LH.
- Remove the 2 front pillar garnish clips from the front pillar garnish LH.
- REMOVE FRONT PILLAR GARNISH RH
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
- REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
- REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
- REMOVE NO. 3 BATTERY SERVICE COVER BOARD
- REMOVE NO. 2 BATTERY SERVICE COVER BOARD
- Use the same procedure as for the No. 3 battery service cover board.
- REMOVE REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

- REMOVE REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
- REMOVE LAP BELT OUTER ANCHOR COVER
- Use the same procedure for the LH side and RH side.

- DISCONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

- DISCONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
- REMOVE CENTER PILLAR LOWER GARNISH LH
- REMOVE CENTER PILLAR LOWER GARNISH RH
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
- REMOVE CENTER PILLER GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH
- REMOVE CENTER PILLAR GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
- REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
- REMOVE NO. 1 SIDE TRIM BASE COVER LH
- REMOVE NO. 1 SIDE TRIM BASE COVER RH
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
- REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH
- REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
- REMOVE ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE LUGGAGE HOLD BELT STRIKER ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK
Rotation Direction Remove in this Direction - Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and turn the No. 1 luggage compartment trim hook as shown in the illustration.
- Disengage the claw and guide to remove the No. 1 luggage compartment trim hook as shown in the illustration.
- Use the same procedure for the LH side and RH side.
- REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH
- Lower the No. 1 deck side trim hook as shown in the illustration.
Push in this Direction - - - Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the clip as shown in the illustration.
- Disengage the 3 clips, 5 claws and 3 guides to remove the deck trim side panel assembly LH.
- Disconnect the connector.
- Disconnect the connector.
- REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY RH
- Lower the No. 1 deck side trim hook as shown in the illustration.
Push in this Direction - - - Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the clip as shown in the illustration.
- Disengage the 3 clips, 5 claws and 3 guides to remove the deck trim side panel assembly RH.
- Disconnect the connector.
- REMOVE ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH
- REMOVE ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
- REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL SUPPLY

NOTE:To prevent the assist grip assembly from being damaged, make sure to insert SST straight into the cutout.
- Pull SST as shown in the illustration to disengage the claw.NOTE:
To prevent the assist grip assembly from being damaged, make sure to only pull SST as shown in the illustration.
HINT:
Use the same procedure for the claw on the other side of the assist grip cover.
- Remove the assist grip cover.
- Use the same procedure for all assist grip covers.
- Insert SST into the cutout of the assist grip cover as shown in the illustration.
- REMOVE ASSIST GRIP
- REMOVE REAR ASSIST GRIP LH
- Use the same procedure as for the assist grip.
- REMOVE REAR ASSIST GRIP RH

- REMOVE FRONT ROOF HEADLINING TRIM
Remove in this Direction - - - Using a moulding remover, disengage the claw as shown in the illustration.

Remove in this Direction - - - Disengage the guide to remove the front roof headlining trim as shown in the illustration.

- REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY
HINT:
As the illustration shown is an example, the actual details may differ.
- for Front Pillar LH Side:
1. Remove the protective cover.
2. Disconnect each connector.
3. Disengage the 3 clamps.
4. Install the protective cover.
- for Front Pillar RH Side:
1. Remove the protective cover.
2. Disconnect 2 connectors.
3. Disengage the 2 clamps.
4. Install the protective cover.
- for Windshield Glass Side:
1. Disconnect each connector.
- for Map Light Side:
1. Disconnect each connector.
- for Rear Pillar LH Side with Digital Inner Mirror:
1. Disconnect the connector.
- for Rear Pillar RH Side:
1. Disconnect each connector.
- for Front Pillar LH Side:
Rotation Direction Remove in this Direction - Turn each visor holders approximately 45° and remove them as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration.
- Disengage the 4 claws as shown in the illustration to remove the base of each visor holder.
- for Moon Roof:
*a Fastener *b Guide Remove in this Direction - - - Disengage the 3 clips.
- Disengage the 6 fasteners and guide to remove the roof headlining assembly.
- Remove the roof headlining assembly from the vehicle through the front passenger door as shown in the illustration.NOTE:
Do not damage the roof headlining assembly or vehicle interior.
- for Panoramic Moon Roof:
*a Fastener *b Guide Remove in this Direction - - - Disengage the 3 clips.
- Disengage the 16 fasteners and guide to remove the roof headlining assembly.
- Remove the roof headlining assembly from the vehicle through the front passenger door as shown in the illustration.NOTE:
Do not damage the roof headlining assembly or vehicle interior.
