Disassembly [09/2020 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER COVER LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER COVER RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 WASHER BRACKET (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 WASHER BRACKET (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the No. 2 washer bracket.

  8. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) 
    1. Disengage the 7 clamps to remove the headlight cleaner hose.

  9. REMOVE FRONT CENTER ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Parking Support Brake System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  10. REMOVE FRONT CORNER ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Parking Support Brake System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  11. REMOVE FRONT CORNER ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Parking Support Brake System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  12. REMOVE FRONT TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Panoramic View Monitor System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  13. REMOVE NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ Parking Support Brake System) 
    1. Disengage the 12 clamps to remove the No. 4 engine room wire.

  14. REMOVE CONNECTOR BRACKET (w/o Parking Support Brake System) 
    1. Disengage the clamp to remove the connector bracket.

  15. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 4 claws to remove the front bumper extension mounting bracket.

  16. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE BRACKET LH 
    1. Remove the 4 screws.

    2. Disengage the claw to remove the front bumper side bracket LH.

  17. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE BRACKET RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  18. REMOVE NO. 2 COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT 
    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the No. 2 cool air intake duct.

  19. REMOVE NO. 1 COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the No. 2 cool air intake duct.

  20. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT EXTENSION LH 
    1. Remove the front bumper reinforcement extension LH.

  21. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT EXTENSION RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  22. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE LH 
    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 3 claws to remove the lower radiator grille LH.

  23. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  24. REMOVE NO. 1 MOULDING TAPE 
    1. Remove the No. 1 moulding tape.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  25. REMOVE ULTRASONIC SENSOR CLIP 
    1. Remove each ultrasonic sensor clip.

  26. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH 
    1. Disengage the 4 claws.

      *a Hook
    2. Disengage the hook to remove the front bumper hole cover LH.
  27. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR 
    1. Disengage the 14 clips to remove the radiator grille protector.

  28. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR GRILLE 
    1. Remove the 7 screws.

    3. Disengage the 3 guides to remove the upper radiator grille.

  29. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM 
    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 4 claws and guide to remove the radiator grille (or front panel) emblem.

  30. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 17 screws.

    2. Disengage the 11 claws to remove the radiator grille sub-assembly.

  34. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER 
    1. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the front bumper energy absorber.

    1. Remove the 14 bolts and front bumper reinforcement.
