Disassembly [12/2017 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION CHECK VALVE WITH HOSE LH (w/ Refresh Seat) 
    1. Using a thin-bladed screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, detach the claw and disconnect the joint.

    2. Detach the tube clamp and remove the tube.
    3. Remove the tube from the clamp.
    4. Disconnect the connector.
    5. Remove the 3 screws and seat cushion check valve with hose LH.
  2. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION CHECK VALVE WITH HOSE RH (w/ Refresh Seat) 
    1. Using a thin-bladed screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, detach the claw and disconnect the joint.

    2. Detach the tube clamp and remove the tube.
    3. Remove the tube from the clamp.
    4. Disconnect the connector.
    5. Remove the 3 screws and seat cushion check valve with hose RH.
  3. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD LH 
    1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. Detach the wire harness clamp.
    3. Detach the hook.

    4. w/ Refresh Seat:
      1. Pull out the tube from the hole of the rear seat cushion panel LH.

    5. Using a thin-bladed screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, detach the claw and disconnect the connector of the occupant detection sensor.

    6. Pull out the connector of the occupant detection sensor and wire harness from the hole of the rear seat cushion panel LH and remove the separate type rear seat cushion cover with pad LH.

  4. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER LH 
    1. Remove the 8 hog rings and pull out the strap from the hole of the rear seat cushion pad LH.

    2. Remove the 5 hog rings and separate type rear seat cushion cover LH.
  6. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  7. REMOVE SEAT COVER WIRE 
    1. Remove the seat cover wire.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION AIRBAG ASSEMBLY LH

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION AIRBAG ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  10. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT WIRE LH 
    1. Disconnect the connector.

      Double-sided Tape
    2. Detach the wire harness clamp.
    3. Using a thin-bladed screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, detach the claw and remove the rear No. 2 seat wire LH.
  11. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT WIRE RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  12. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Detach the hook and remove the rear center seat cushion cover sub-assembly.
  13. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT CUSHION PAD 
    1. Remove the rear center seat cushion pad from the center seat cushion frame sub-assembly.
  14. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

  15. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

  16. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY RH

  17. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT WIRE LH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure for the LH and RH sides.

    2. Detach the wire harness clamp.
    3. Using a thin-bladed screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, detach the claw and remove the rear No. 2 seat wire LH.
  18. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG-REST ASSEMBLY 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure for the LH and RH sides.

    1. Pull in the removal direction (1) shown in the illustration to detach the clip.

    2. Lift in the removal direction (2) shown in the illustration, detach the guide and remove the rear seat leg-rest assembly.
  19. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG-REST COVER

    2. Detach the guide and remove the rear seat leg-rest cover RH.

    3. Detach the claw and remove the rear No. 2 seat wire RH.
  23. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG-REST ARM SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the 4 bolts and rear seat leg-rest arm sub-assembly LH.

      1. Remove the 4 bolts and rear seat leg-rest arm sub-assembly RH.
  25. REMOVE NO. 1 SEATBACK CHECK VALVE WITH HOSE LH (w/ Refresh Seat) 
    1. Detach the fastening tape and fold back the separate type rear seatback cover LH.

    3. Detach the claw and connect the connector.

    5. Remove the tube from the clamp.
    6. Remove the tube from the hook.
    7. Disconnect the connector.
    8. Remove the 4 clips.
    9. Detach the tube clamp and remove the No. 1 seatback check valve with hose LH.
  26. REMOVE NO. 1 SEATBACK CHECK VALVE WITH HOSE RH (w/ Refresh Seat) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  27. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK CHECK VALVE WITH HOSE LH (w/ Refresh Seat) 
    1. Using a thin-bladed screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, detach the claws and disconnect the joint.

    2. Remove the tube from the clamps.
    3. Detach the tube clamps and remove the tube.

      1. Disconnect the 8 connectors.
    4. w/ Refresh Seat:
      1. Disconnect the 9 connectors.
    5. Disconnect the connector of the rear seat airbag assembly LH.
      1. Push down the white housing lock and slide the yellow CPA.

        *a Housing Lock *b CPA
        NOTE:
        • Do not pull while holding the wire harness.
        • Do not try to release the lock while holding down the top of the CPA (A in the illustration), as this prevents the lock from being released.
      2. Slide the yellow CPA while pushing down the white housing lock again, and disconnect the connector.
    6. Detach the wire harness clamp.
    7. Detach the hook.

    2. Using a clip remover, detach the clip and remove the lumbar support adjuster assembly LH.

    3. Using a clip remover, detach the clip and remove the rear seatback support LH.

  68. REMOVE REAR CENTER NO. 2 SEAT ARMREST BOX 
    1. Apply protective tape to the rear center No. 2 seat armrest box to prevent damage.

    2. Insert a thin-bladed screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape and push the HDMI cable cover toward the front of the vehicle.
    3. Detach the claw and disconnect the wire harness from the HDMI cable cover.

    4. Disconnect the 3 connectors.
