NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Fastener Tightening Specifications: Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications .Preliminary Procedure: Remove the rear seat. Refer to Rear Seat Replacement (Avalanche/Escalade EXT) or Rear Seat Replacement (Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade with Bucket) or Rear Seat Replacement (Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade with Split Bench) .
1	Rear Seat Head Restraint Tip: Depress the button on the inboard head restraint guide to raise the head restraint to the full up position. Insert a small diameter tool into the hole on the inboard side of the outboard head restraint guide and pull upward to remove.
2	Rear Seat Head Restraint Guides Tip: Squeeze the bottom of the head restraint guide together and push up to remove.
3	Rear Center Seat Belt Retractor Assembly Refer to Seat Belt Retractor Replacement - No. 1 Rear Center (Split Bench) .
4	Rear Seat Armrest Refer to Rear Seat Armrest Replacement (Avalanche/Escalade EXT) or Rear Seat Armrest Replacement (Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade with Bucket) or Rear Seat Armrest Replacement (Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade with Split Bench) .
5	Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Refer to Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement (Avalanche/Escalade EXT) or Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement (Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade with Bucket) or Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement (Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade with Split Bench) .
6	Rear Seat Back Recliner Bolts (Qty: 4) Tighten: 9 N.m (80 lb in)
